Warming the World With Whimsical Wraps!

ChappyWrap was formed by Beth LaSala and Monica Shelton Reusch in 2005 because they wanted everyone to experience some of the comfort and joy that comes from having a nice cuddly blanket. Beth's 40 year old blanket "Lamby" (because it was covered with lambs) is with her to this day. "Lamby" was used to help anyone in the family who was not feeling quite up to speed.

Beth and her three sisters would grab for the blanket when they were home sick from school, had their tonsils or wisdom teeth removed, took a bad spill on their bikes, when their cat got hit by a car, when their favorite aunt passed away, or whenever they felt just a little low. The blanket provided great comfort to all members of the family including the dog who snuggled with the "Lamby" blanket after an operation.

When Monica first saw the old tattered and torn "Lamby" she could see that it had been loved to death. Beth told Monica she had searched for years for another "Lamby" to share with her children, but with no luck. It seems that quality blankets like the "Lamby" are hard to find in the United States.

So, armed with Monica's expertise in apparel product development and the retail industry, and Beth's background in marketing, they teamed up to bring new "Lambys" to the market. Together they started ChappyWrap, providing a variety of extraordinary blankets with whimsical designs that convey messages of love and friendship wrapped in warmth and comfort.
